.......is from today when I came back from the JnJ shop (the yellow/blue bag) bought some stuff to have in the gym-bag: Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, Face cream, Shower-gel, for under 10 CHF- hehehehe, nice!

Btw Me and Bonnie ran 5 K in 36 min today- we are very very happy (and sore)!
