Glossybox.se

I signed up for a subscription of Glossybox last month and today I received the first one- Happy girl indeed!
Glossybox is a (lovely) box (and a great concept) with different beauty products, samples, for no money at all. They send you one every month. So you can try out all this different products that you probably wouldn't buy otherwise.. And the one you like of course you then will buy..(smart idea)
I pay 20 CHF (nothing) to get a nice little surprise every month (all the way from Sweden to my mailbox).

Summer weekend!

 Wow, this has been such a great weekend- the first summer days with over 30 degrees- Insane!
Some words that describes this weekend: sunburn, bikini, chicken wings, a run by the lake, pool, rugby, bbq, beer, national, new roomie (Emma-woop woop!)live music (x 2), shorts, chicken salad, kissing, goodbyes, ice cream, montana and new favourite bar. (And much much more..)

Another "train-trip" in the early morning

I wonder why this things always happens to me?
This morning my ZH/Zug train couldn't pass Zug for some reason? so I had to jump on the train to Arth Goldau and change there (and wait 30 mins)...Hmm.. my early day in the office was an hour later...I thought about keep on going down to Lugano or Milan but no..that didn't happen.. Well well, It's Hump Day, Sun is shining- Let's get on it!

Football Day!

Saturday was Football-day!! FCL kicked Servette FC's ass with 3-1, happy day!
After the game we went to Picks for some beers and met up with more friends. Ended the night before midnight but I was still hurting (bad) on Sunday..

Yesterday I had a movie night - taco dinner with Mr Chris Dylan, nice to have a quiet night in.
Was great waking up early and fit for fight today and Saturday breakfast - I love it!

Summer- Sweden- Americans- Booked

Sweden is booked!!
Me, Bonnie and Tammie is going there for 10 lovely days in July-Aug!!!
We're starting with some days in Härnösand and end the trip with a weekend in Stockholm.

This year has been "The planning-year" indeed. I have never planned (and booked stuff) ahead this far ever.. And I'm not only talking about the Sweden-trip we have all the other weekends coming up as well. Shit pommesfrites- I'm feeling a GOOD SUMMER!!
My au pair family in Basel called me yesterday and just to try to find a weekend (Sat or Sun) to go and say hello it's hard. I'm not complaining- I'm just very surprised with myself. :)

Thursday- a Walk & Bruchs

Yesterday I met up with Bonnie after work for a 90 min walk again. I like! We have a good path.
On the way we found a new friend (you have already see our other friends-the cat and the beaver..) an ALBINO RAT!

After the lovely walk we decided to try this new place with 2 big plastic horses outside by the river- And it's now our new favourite bar!

 They also have a JUKEBOX- the excitement again!

After the beer, we went past Bruchs to say hi to the guys who was playing- Glen Kirkham and the band.
Good stuff! We had another beer (and another..) and watch the guys play. But the clock turned late, not too late but late for a school night when you wanna be fit for fight for today. So bye bye and off we went to bed.
Finally Friday- I'm ready for the weekend- Bring it on!



Back in CH- what's up?

So I have been back for a week.. sorry for no update.

Here are some pics that can summary some of the days of my week back.

On Monday I met up with Bonnie for a nice 90 min walk in the rain, we met some wooden animals on the way (as you do...?) .

On Wednesday last week, we went to Picks to see Glen Kirkham and the band, K and Bon Bon got some nice wigs!

On Sunday me and C went on a small hike up Sonnenberg (?), we had some food and coffee at the restaurant and found a JUKEBOX- yes we got very excited.

It's gonna be a lot of walks up there this summer to the bier-garten, it's a pretty nice view up there..



Easter Dinner @ Dad´s

On Sunday it was time for Easter dinner at Dads place.

Lovely day, but freezing cold. 

Dad had some guys there to help him rebuild the stairs. Don´t know if you can see that in the picture..too far away maybe..

 

Dad showed me his "Glögg" (Gluewein)-maker/heater old school! Very very nice!

But it´s not the time of the year for Glögg so maybe next winter!
